Autenticidad, creatividad, integridad, libertad y conexión.
Estos son los valores que intento transmitir a través de mis dibujos:
Autenticidad
"Nadie es especial, cada uno es único"
En
mi opinión, estamos aquí para representar nuestra naturaleza
verdadera, ser fieles a nosotros mismos y honestos con los demás,
hablando y actuando con sinceridad.
Creatividad
"Tenemos el derecho a soñar despiertos y aún así permanecer
con los pies en la tierra"
Todos nosotros ayudamos a crear el mundo en el que vivimos. Por lo tanto, tenemos el poder de traer nuevas y mejores cosas a nuestras vidas.
Todo lo que existe, siempre se ha imaginado antes.
¿Por qué no usamos la imaginación a nuestro favor, aceptamos que somos responsables del mundo en el que habitamos, y el hecho de que sí podemos hacer algo para cambiarlo si cambiamos nosotros primero?
Libertad
"Por naturaleza, estamos destinados a vivir en libertad"
Tenemos
derecho a pensar libremente sin quitarle a nadie su derecho a hacer lo
mismo. No necesitamos más dogmas ni prohibiciones. Tan solo, recordar la
verdad de lo que realmente somos y actuar en consecuencia.
Si todos
nosotros nos diésemos la libertad de ir en busca de nuestra felicidad, ni siquiera
intentaríamos imponer nada a nadie y no necesitaríamos ninguna regla de
conducta, ya que cada uno haría uso de su libertad con responsabilidad
y en beneficio de todos.
Solo
viviendo libremente podemos evitar desperdiciar nuestro potencial
Integridad
"Cuando nos engañamos a los demás, nos estamos engañando a
nosotros mismos"
Para
mi, integridad significa hacer lo que decimos que haremos y evitar hacer
promesas y compromisos con nosotros mismos o con los demás que posiblemente
no vayamos a cumplir. Es necesario aprender a decir "no" y no hace falta inventarse tantas excusas.
Creo que, por respeto a nosotros mismos, lo menos que podemos hacer es intentar ser congruentes con nuestras palabras, nuestras acciones, nuestra personalidad y nuestra vida.
Conexión
"Todos estamos conectados"
Siendo
auténticos, creativos, íntegros y viviendo libremente, les damos a
los demás permiso para que hagan lo mismo y nos permitimos construir
conexiones más profundas, lo cuál es esencial para que nos sintamos
satisfechos con nuestras vidas. No solo hablo de una conexión
profunda y genuina con otros seres humanos sino también con la
naturaleza y el resto de seres vivos.
Ya
es hora de que empecemos a pensar que "Nosotros" en lugar de "Yo" y que vivamos la alegría de sentirnos en casa cuando
estamos con los otros. No estamos aquí para competir sino para compartirnos.
Values:

Authenticity
"Nobody is special but everyone is unique"
To
me, we are here to represent our own true nature, be true to
ourselves and honest with the rest of people by means of
both, speaking and acting truthfully.
We are not here to be perfect but to be real.
Creativity
"We have the right to daydream and yet remain grounded in reality"
I think that all of us help to create the world we live in, so we have the power to bring new and bettter things into existence.
Everything that exists has previously been imagined. Why do not we use our imagination in favour of ourselves, accept that we are responsible for the world we have and that indeed,we can do something to change it, as long as we change ourselves first?
Freedom
"We are, by nature, meant to live in freedom"
We
have the right to think freely without depriving anyone else of doing
the same. We do not need more dogmas or prohibitions but remember the
truth of what we really are and act consequently.
If all of us let us be free to seek our happiness, we would not even need to try to impose
anything on anyone. There would not even be the need of behaviour rules as
everyone would make use of their freedom responsably and for the sake of everybody.
It
is only by living freely that we can avoid waisting our potential.
Integrity
"Better to be honest than to delude others, because then we are probably deluding ourselves, too"
To
me, integrity is doing what you say you will do and do not make
promises and commitments to ourselves and the others that we are
likely to break. Saying "no" when you want to mean "no" is necessary. We have no need for so many excuses.
For the sake of self-respect, we should try to be congruent with our words, actions, personality and life, at least.
Conection
"We are all connected"
By
means of being authentic,creative, upright and living freely, we give
everyone else permission to do the same, which allow us to build
deeper connections with the others.
Conection is essential to feeling
satisfied with our lives. Not only am I referring to deep and genuine
connection with another human but also with nature and the rest of
living beings.
It is high time we started thinking in terms of "We are" instead of "I am" and
felt the joy that is born out of us feeling at home when we are
with each other. We are not here to compete but to share ourselves.
