Hay historias de amor que se asemejan a un corsé. 

Una piensa que le sienta bien hasta que se plantea si sin él, podría respirar mejor. 

Se comienza por desatar el nudo... 

Luego, se va aflojando el lazo poco a poco, un poco más mes tras mes... 

Y así va pasando el tiempo, hasta que lo que antes oprimía, sostiene poco y encima, aprieta más que nunca.

Algunas veces, una se harta de tanta comodidad incómoda y se lo quita para no volvérselo a poner.

Otras, basta con despojarse de él un tiempo y ver qué tal se siente, para después volvérselo a poner. Pero esa vez, no sólo siendo consciente de que sí desea lucirlo, sino que además sabrá hacerlo sin que le falte el aliento.

!Lo importante es que el striptease no sea eterno!, !que no hay nada mejor que salir de dudas!.

Cuando le hice esta lámina a una amiga, no me imaginaba que al cabo de varios años me la encontraría por casualidad y me diría: 

-Sabes, puede que me separe... !Ahora comprendo tu dibujo!.

No sé qué decidirá algún día. Sólo hay una cosa que puedo decirle: !Respira!

Until the years go by and you realize that what used to oppress doesn’t hold much, and on top of that, it weighs more than ever.

Sometimes, you get fed up with all that uncomfortable comfort and you decide not to wear it again.

Other times, you take it off for a while to check how you feel, and do not take the decision to put it on again until you are sure that you can wear it without missing the breath.

The most important thing is that the striptease comes to an end because there is nothing worse than doubts!.

When I did this drawing to a friend, I could not even imagine that after several years, I would meet her by chance and she would say:

-You know, I will perhaps separate. It is now that I understand your picture!.

I do not know what she will decide one day. There is just one thing I can tell her: Breathe!.
