Tu sombra no quiere destruirte, sino desafiarte.

Saca la luz que hay en tu oscuridad y úsala para verlo todo más claro.

Cuando te deshaces de tu veneno -todo aquello que te frena, te deprime o te causa dolor- logras tener una visión global.

Cuando puedes ver el panorama al completo, ya no culpas a nadie de tu sufrimiento.

Un buen ejemplo de cómo opera la sombra, lo tienes en una película de terror ("Babadook").

Sé como el escorpión del cuento ("La rana y el escorpión") !Reconoce tu naturaleza!, pero ve más allá y pregúntate cuál es tu verdadera esencia.

Planta semillas de amabilidad y compasión, en ti y en los demás. Sólo así evitarás que los árboles te impidan ver el bosque.

Your shadow does not want to destroy you but to challenge you.

Take the light that lies into your darkness out, and use it for illuminating everything.

When you get to see the big picture, you do not blame others for your suffering anymore.

When you get rid of your poison -those negative things that hold you back, get you down and create psychic clutter, you give birth to a whole new vision.

"Babadook" (horror film) provides you with a good example of how our shadow works.

Be like the scorpion of the tale ("The scorpion and the frog"), recognize your nature! but go beyond it and find your true essence.

It is only by means of planting and watering seeds of kindness and compassion in you and in others, that you will be able to see the forest for the trees.

Gracias a un comentario en las redes sociales, acabo de percatarme de que la niña del dibujo se ha quitado los zapatos para regar el jardín.

Y es que trabajar en la sombra es un trabajo sucio, pero !merece la pena!

Thanks to a comment on social networks, I have just become aware that the girl in the drawing is in her stockings and had likely taken her shoes off to water the garden.

Shadow work is a filthy task, indeed, but it deserves the trouble!
