FALLING DOWN

Peor que tocar fondo es preguntarse cuándo llegarás a él.

Hay momentos en la vida en los que piensas que las cosas no pueden ir a peor, pero no es verdad.

Muchas veces las cosas empeoran antes de mejorar y sientes que no puedes soportarlo más. !Eso también es mentira!.

Este dibujo del 2016 me recuerda una etapa en la que comencé a descender tan deprisa que no veía el final.

¿Que si toqué fondo?. !Por supuesto que sí!. Aunque me llevó más tiempo y sufrimiento del deseado.

Hoy sólo puedo decir que me siento agradecida por haber caído tan bajo y haber logrado subir.

Worse than to hit the rock bottom is wonder when the bottom will be reached.

There are moments in your life when you you hit a point where you believe that things cannot get any worse, but that is not true.

Quite often, things get worse before they get better. Then, you feel that you can´t take them anymore. And that is also a lie!.

This drawing from 2016 reminds me of a period in my life where I started descending so fast that I could see no end.

Did I hit the rock bottom? Of course I did!. Although it took me more time and suffering than I wanted.

Nowadays, I can only say that I feel grateful for having fallen that low and having been able to climb up.
