"El nuevo orden / The New Order"

"Viveka" es una palabra del sánscrito que significa discernimiento.

Debido al estado de mi cuerpo no podía pensar con claridad. Por ese motivo busqué información acerca de cómo mejorar mi salud. Algo habría que pudiera ayudarme a sentirme mejor. El ejercicio físico no era una opción. La comida podría ser la clave.

Tras tantos meses de dolor, me desesperaba esperar los resultados de los análisis. Por ese motivo, decidí dar un paso por mi cuenta y acudir a un centro de acupuntura, con la esperanza de que sirviera algo. Seguía con dolores intermitentes en todo el cuerpo y especialmente, en las rodillas. 

No sólo necesitaba nutrir mi cuerpo, también mi mente, que estaba empachada de tanto ruido. Necesitaba silencio.

Explanation:

"Viveka" is a sanskrit term that means "discrimination".

Because of the state of my body, I could not think with clarity. That is why I looked for information about how to improve my health. 

I did not know what was so wrong with me but there should be something that could help me feel better. Physical exercise was not an option. I thought that food may be the clue.

After so long feeling pain, waiting for the results of a blood test I had been done some days ago, made me feel desperate. 

That was the reason why I dedided to give a step on my own and try acupuncture. I did not know what to do with so much intermittent pain! Specially, my knees were so sore that there were some days I could hardly walk!

I also needed to nourish my mind, which was poisoned with so much noise. I just needed silence.
